Registration procedure
A limited number of places for the summer school are still available. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are interested in participating, please contact us at hison2026summerschool@ugent.be.
Following confirmation of availability, participants will be invited to complete their registration and will receive a personalised invoice for payment of the participation fee. Registration is final once payment has been received.
Registration fee
The registration fee for the HiSoN 2026 Summer School is €750.
The fee includes:
- accommodation (seven nights)
- meals (breakfast and lunch, summer school dinner)
- tuition
- social activities and excursions
For local participants who do not require accommodation, a reduced registration fee applies. Further details will be provided to selected applicants.
